Since 1993, High Horses has been dedicated to improving lives through human–horse connections that inspire and transform individuals’ learning, healing, and personal development. What You’ll Do in This Role

·   Provide leadership and oversight for High Horses’ adaptive riding, therapy, and equine-assisted programs and services

·   Support and collaborate with instructors, therapists, staff, and volunteers to deliver high-quality programs and services

·   Ensure programs and services reflect best practices in safety, professionalism, and participant care

·   Help guide program growth, innovation, and community partnerships to expand the number of clients we serve

·   Work closely with leadership to advance the organization’s mission and strategic goals

·   Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for clients, families, staff, and volunteers

What We’re Looking For

·   Proven leadership experience in equine-assisted program management, nonprofit administration, or a related field

·   Passion for helping people and improving lives through innovative equine-assisted programs

·   Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills

·   Experience and credentials in at least one of the following professional areas: a certified therapeutic instructor, occupational or physical therapy, equine-assisted learning facilitator

·   Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners while modeling High Horses’ core values: teamwork, integrity, respect, empathy and joyfulness.

·   Commitment to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for our clients, caregivers, volunteers, staff, supporters and community partners
