Joey is a bay pony gelding who joined High Horses programming in 2024. He is 12 years old and 13.3 hands high.

Prior to High Horses, Joey was used barrel racing and as a husband/trail horse. He is not ridden by us as he has kissing spine so is used in our horsemanship ground programming. 

At High Horses, Joey works with clients in our ground programming sessions. Joey’s quiet presence is calming for clients and they appreciate his sweet nature and attentiveness.

Joey’s personality traits are: dependable, go-with-the-flow, people pleaser.
