Dan & Gizmo are Miniature “Mini” horses. Dan is 34” tall and buckskin color with a flaxen mane and tail. He was foaled in 2009 and has been part of the High Horses program since xxx. Gizmo was foaled in 2003 and stands a diminutive 30” tall. He is also chestnut.

Dan & Gizmo are the best of friends. They are turned out together and sometimes they even share a stall!

Dan and Gizmo are trained to provide therapy in our ground programming. They are both so gentle and well-mannered, that they are able to be handled by anyone. Both Dan and Gizmo are stars in our Horse Powered Reading program. They have also worked closely with Dementia and Alzheimer’s patients in our Kindred Spirits program as well.

Dan’s personality traits are: gracious, spicy, vibrant.

Gizmo’s personality traits are: feisty, sneaky, adorable.
